A report by KXTV-TV, an ABC affiliate in Sacramento, CA, is shining a light on a cultural and civic anchor for Spanish-speaking residents in California and beyond. Spanish-language public radio network Radio Bilingüe, which first took to the airwaves more than 40 years ago, today owns and operates more than two dozen stations in its home base of California and several southwestern states, with another 75 affiliates across the nation.
