NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’? The four-time Tony award-winning musical, MJ, is coming to Norfolk’s Chrysler Hall in February 2025.
Created by Tony Award-winning director/choreographer Christopher Wheeldon and two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Lynn Nottage, MJ centers around the making of the 1992 Dangerous World Tour. It offers a rare look at the creative mind and collaborative spirit that catapulted Michael Jackson into legendary status, per a release.
Producers Lia Vollack, John McCain, SevenVenues and Broadway in Norfolk announced that individual tickets for the smash-hit musical will go on sale starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 4. It is scheduled to play from Feb. 4-9 for a total of six performances.
