The Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority has released a whopping list of restaurants that are opening, moving, or expanding. One of the most notable on the list is Bourbon Steak, a restaurant from Michelin-starred Chef Michael Mina, planned for The Seagate, 1000 E. Atlantic Ave. The 6,000-square-foot, 310-seat restaurant will include a 34-seat bar, patio seating, and a private dining room that seats 24. It is expected to open in late 2024.
