PHOENIX (AZFamily) – This extreme heat in the Valley is yet to “fall” this fall, and it’s causing some disruptions. The City of Phoenix announced hiking trails at Piestewa Peak and Camelback Mountain will be closed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. this Friday through Monday. Hiking is strongly discouraged on all Phoenix trails.
