AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) – As victims in six states face the tragic aftermath of Hurricane Helene, relief efforts have begun flowing into impacted areas. Executive Director for the Panhandle Plains Red Cross chapter, Deshun Avery, called on the public to show the Panhandle Spirit and help those in need.
