STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – An Annadale man has pleaded guilty in connection with a brazen daytime theft at a drug store in Dongan Hills. Mark Roccki, 43, of North Railroad Street, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to nine months in jail for the incident, according to prosecutors.
