Dino Babers will not be calling plays against Texas Tech on Saturday, but his movement out of that role has been part of the plan all along. “That came about in the job hiring process,” Babers said. “When Brent called me down and said he wanted me to come down and coordinate the offense, he felt he had some guys that were capable of doing it and he wanted me to groom them and bring them along.
