Week 6 of the 2024 college football season has only just started, but fans are already circling their calendars for Week 7’s matchup between Ohio State and Oregon.
The Buckeyes and Ducks are two of the top football teams in the nation, ranking third and sixth, respectively, in the latest AP Top 25 poll that was released ahead of Week 6.
As a result, it’s not hard to see why this game is so highly anticipated. And while both teams are focusing on their Week 6 matchups first, you can bet they have also taken a quick peek at their Week 7 clash, especially now that early betting lines have emerged, with Ohio State being the early 2.5-point favorite.
While the game will be played in Oregon, that hasn’t stopped Ohio State from being favored to win right now, which isn’t a total surprise considering how they are ranked higher than the Ducks right now.
Betting lines are frequently changing, though, so it will be worth keeping an eye on how each of these squads fare in Week 6, as that could result in this line moving.
