This weekend across Louisiana many of us will pop into our favorite sports bar or watering hole and order a cocktail. As a former bartender in Alexandria and Lafayette, I can tell you a thing or two because I have seen a thing or two when it comes to barroom behavior from Baton Rouge, to the French Quarter, to those places they don’t like to talk about in North Louisana because their unique liquor laws.
