The 17th Annual Parker-Wuergler Memorial Harvest Festival will be held at Big Otter Mill on Saturday, October 12, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will include Brunswick Stew by the Virginia Masonic District 24 Master Mason’s Association, live music by Karlee Raye 12-3 p.m., vendors, a silent auction, and complimentary tours of the Mill. New this year will be a pumpkin decorating contest! Entries are being accepted through October 10. The pumpkin can be real, paper, metal or wood, and no more than 16 entries will be accepted.
