A Tigard man has been arrested after police say he attacked a woman at a Fred Meyer grocery store last month. Tigard police responded to a call from the grocery store on Southwest 72nd Avenue and Oregon 99W on Sept. 19. An employee told dispatchers a customer was leaving the store when a man punched her in the head twice.
