A man has been arrested in connection with an alleged armed road rage incident that occurred in Baltimore County. 41-year-old David Belt Jr, of White Hall Maryland, was charged with first and second-degree assault, as well as firearm offenses for his involvement in the alleged road rage incident, according to the Maryland State Police.
