BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – An East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office deputy-in-training was terminated and arrested on arson related charges on Friday, October 4. Authorities say Otis Williams, 45, a sworn commissioned law enforcement officer with EBRSO at the time of the incident, admitted to paying another man, McConnell Williams, 44, $1000 to damage his vehicle.
