PeaceHealth has agreed to buy four Providence medical clinics in Vancouver by the end of the year, the two nonprofit Catholic health systems announced Thursday. PeaceHealth, which is headquartered in Vancouver, expects to finalize the acquisition sometime in December, pending regulatory approval. PeaceHealth and Providence declined to disclose the terms of the deal, including the price of the acquisition.
