MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A pair of twins who are both accused in a rash of identity and mail theft cases will remain behind bars after their bonds were revoked this week. Court records show that twin brothers Taylor and Tyler Bell, 21, were indicted in March after being charged by Bartlett police in June 2023.
