ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – St. Louis City, which is its own county, is the county with the highest drug overdose mortality rate in Missouri. In the first half of this year, there were 752 overdose deaths in Missouri. Winograd said that’s down 28% from the same time a year ago when 1,048 people died.
