On Saturday Sept. 21, 2024, several Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Cadets and a few members of the North East High School National Honor Society and their adult leaders volunteered their time at the Mellon Veterans Outreach Campus (MVOC). The group transformed areas of the campus by cleaning up and weeding areas in need of attention. They also spread mulch and removed trees which had been trimmed by utility companies or had fallen in recent storms.
