LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Lubbock native John D. Zwiacher was recognized with the 2024 Hero’s Award from the Community Foundation of West Texas. “Mr. Zwiacher has been a lifelong Lubbockite and has given back to our community tenfold,” the foundation said in a press release. “He has given so much of himself to so many because he wants them to succeed-it does not get any more selfless than that.”
