BOTETOURT CO., Va. (WDBJ) – The truck that unloaded Friday morning at Cloverdale Elementary School wasn’t carrying students’ supplies or food for the cafeteria. Layman Distributing was delivering and donating more than 8,000 bottles of water, and more than 11,000 bottles of hand sanitizer bound for flood victims in North Carolina.
