We’re continuing to follow Thursday night’s deadly shooting involving an off-duty Philadelphia police officer. Investigators said the 43-year-old off-duty homicide detective and a 54-year-old man stopped their cars along Willits Road and Holme Avenue in Northeast Philly. The detective has been placed on administrative leave.
