Former Lafayette assistant district attorney Gary Haynes, 66, made his first court appearance since being indicted by a federal grand jury in connection with a bribery scandal. News 15’s cameras were the only ones there as Haynes made his way into the federal courthouse in downtown Lafayette for his arraignment on Friday, October 4.
