And now Orlando’s Waterford Lakes Town Center has sold for a whopping $322 million.

About Orlando’s Waterford Lakes Town Center: This shopping center is huge, at 976,000 square feet. It is located at 413 North Alafaya Trail and is incredibly highly visited, with 13.6 million annual visits.

The shopping center is filled with 100 shops plus many restaurants, with popular, draws such as Super Target, TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Best Buy, Panera Bread, Bath & Body Works, Starbucks, Nike, Barnes & Noble, Sephora, and Ulta Beauty.

It also has restaurants like Five Guys, Panera Bread, Cooper’s Hawk, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and Starbucks.
