On Thursday, a complaint was filed in California by a woman named ”Jane Roe”, which alleges that Garth Brooks sexually assaulted her in 2019.
Is alleged that in May 2019, ”Jane Roe”, who worked as a hairstylist and makeup artist for Garth Brooks, was sexually assaulated in a hotel room before him and his wife Trisha Yearwood performed at the Grammys.
The complaint also reffers to other inappropriate behaviors.
Brooks is accused of ‘‘grabbing her hands and forcing them’‘ into his genitals, exposing his private parts, and sending explicit text messages to her.
Allegedly, Brooks was bragging around about having threesome with his wife.
In the lawsuit, is claiming that the country singer tried to pre-empt her filing with his legal action.
She said that the musician filed a complaint in September, under the name “John Doe,” claiming that there was a woman who was “a lying extortionist ”, ”who intended on destroying his professional reputation.”
He asked the judge to conceal his identity and declare the woman’s accusations were false, according to her California suit.
