ALBANY, NY (WRGB) – A Schenectady man will serve a determinate sentence of 12 years, after pleading guilty to attempted murder earlier this year. Deonte Dent, 24, was sentenced to a determinate term of 12 years in State Prison, followed by 5 years of Post-Release Supervision, before the Hon. Roger McDonough in Albany County Supreme Court Friday morning.
