LIBERTY – After six years on the run, Saul Bermudez, wanted on second-degree murder and armed criminal action felony charges, is in custody. “Law enforcement officers with the United States Marshals Service arrested Bermudez and delivered him to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center after coordinating his surrender,” reads a Sept. 25 statement from Clay County Prosecutor Zach Thompson’s office.
