Florida State managed to hold quarterback Cade Klubnik and Clemson’s offense to just three points on a 12-play, 66-yard drive but the next possession, friendly fire by way of Conrad Hussey on Fentrell Cypress freed up Clemson receiver Antonio Williams to turn a big completion into a 57-yarder paired with six point. A Florida State interception by way of a Brock Glenn underthrow led to another Tigers touchdown right before the end of the first quarter, making it a 17-0 deficit: tied for the largest in Mike Norvell’s Florida State tenure (2021 vs. Louisville).
