SCHENECTADY, NY (WRGB) – One person is in custody in Schenectady after a standoff Saturday on Congress Street. According to police, there was a shots fired incident in the city during the early hours of Saturday morning, just before 4 a.m., and investigation led to Congress Street, where the subject was tracked.
