Mild Temperatures But Rip Current Risks for Alabama and Florida Coastlines
High rip current risk advisories have been issued starting Monday morning for Alabama and Florida beaches, and these hazards will persist until Wednesday evening.
Dry Week Ahead With Increasing Temperatures
Across inland areas of Alabama and Florida, residents can expect dry conditions with partly cloudy skies today. Temperatures will range from the low to mid-80s today and continue to rise into the upper 80s by Monday as skies clear. A subtle cold front is pushing southward, with drier air filtering into the region, reducing chances of rain. Isolated showers may briefly affect areas near I-10 and the Florida Panhandle today, but most areas will remain dry.
