In a move to address housing diversity and availability, Brooklyn Park city officials, in a joint initiative with Real Estate Equities and Big-D Companies, have ceremoniously initiated the construction of Decatur Landing Apartments – a new housing development designed to offer a combination of affordable and market-rate apartments. The project plans to introduce around 350 new units to the local market, as announced recently.
