Savage (quadriceps) is active Sunday against the Colts. Savage hasn’t played since Week 1, but he’ll now return after a three-week absence. The return of the Maryland product should be a boost to the Jaguars’ secondary when they take the field for a divisional matchup against Indianapolis.
