The suspect implicated in the violent double homicide on Ocean Boulevard in Boca Raton has been returned to Palm Beach County after his apprehension in Georgia. De’Vante Moss, the 30-year-old Boynton Beach resident, faces two counts of first-degree murder and an additional charge of attempted first-degree murder, CBS12 News reported. The Boca Raton police allege Moss fatally shot two individuals, Christopher Liszak, 49, and Chandler Dill, 32, with a third victim sustaining multiple gunshot injuries outside a local hotel last month.
