Charges filed against man shot during burglary of Kansas City business

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Charges have been filed against a man who allegedly attempted to burglarize a Kansas City business before he was shot by the owner. Records filed with the Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court on Monday, Sept. 30, have revealed that Kevin A. Ellison, 38, of Kansas City, was charged with burglary after a business owner shot him during an attempted robbery.
