One person is dead and another is injured after a shooting in the Upstate, Sunday morning. The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting on Geer Highway in the Cleveland Community just before 3AM.
Upon arrival, deputies located two men suffering from gunshot wounds. One of the victims died and the other was transported to the hospital.
As of Sunday morning, the Sheriff’s Office says a person of interest was being questioned. No further information has been released, as of the time of this report.
