Family members of a fatal hit-and-run victim are speaking out after newly surfaced surveillance video shows not one, but two drivers ran over the biker in Northridge. The man, identified as Danny Oerlemans, was on his way to buy cat food when he was struck and killed on the night of Sept. 19, according to his family.
