WASHINGTON (7News) – Police arrested a person allegedly connected to an assault incident that took place in Southwest, D.C. in September. On Sept. 22, D.C. officers said they responded to the 4600 block of South Capitol Street for the report of an assault. Officers said they found a man who told them that multiple people assaulted him and struck him with a gun after he refused to buy marijuana from them.
