WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – It’s a celebration of Hispanic Heritage month in north Wichita at the third annual NOMAR Fiesta. The event took place Saturday at the Nomar Plaza on East 21st Street. The plaza was filled with culture, community and excitement as visitors enjoyed food and retail vendors.
