Visually impaired teen cyclist successfully completes 2-week trip across Utah

A 19-year-old visually impaired bicyclist successfully completed a two-week road trip across Utah. Josh Taylor, a resident of Saratoga Springs, started the trip on Sept. 20 at Utah’s northern border, near Franklin, Idaho. He reached the Arizona border at the other end of the state, a few miles south of Kanab, on Thursday, Oct. 3.
