HONOLULU (Island News) – The Honolulu Fire Department (HFD) responded to an injured hiker on the Stairway to Hell Trail above Haiku Valley on Sunday, October 6, 2024. At 11:59 a.m. HFD responded to an injured hiker and arrived on the scene at approximately 12:06 p.m. to secure a landing zone and begin a search and rescue.
