Napa Valley Museum Planning to Debut New Flagship Location in St. Helena

According to The Press Democrat , “a proposal to establish a new flagship location in St. Helena for the Napa Valley Museum gained the backing of the Napa County Planning Commission on Wednesday.”

Coming to 607 St. Helena Highway , the museum will land near establishments such as PRESS — which the museum will partner with to establish a dining space — Sutter Home Winery, and V. Sattui Winery.

“We recognize our restaurant is expensive, and we want to be able to provide the same quality and caliber of ingredients and product and be able to give that to the community and those that are in support of what we are doing, along with any of the guests that could be coming to the museum,” shares Justin Williams , Director of Operations for the restaurant.

He adds that Under-study will operate the eatery and that locals can expect to find coffee and pastries on the menu and outdoor seating available.

For readers who are unfamiliar with the Napa Valley Museum, “founded in St. Helena in 1972, it moved to Yountville in 1998, where it now operates on state-leased land at the Yountville Veterans Home,” the Journal reports.
