Fall-like weather to start the week; Warm temperatures return Wednesday

HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) – Temperatures in the mid 70′s today brought us some relief from the summer-like temperatures we have had the last couple of weeks. Winds today were also a bit calmer than yesterday, but still some breezy conditions for areas east of Highway 281. Those will calm down overnight tonight as temperatures drop into the low 40′s to upper 30′s. Waking up around 40 here in the Tri-Cities, 39 in Lincoln, and even cooler around 35 in Ord. A few places may see some patchy frost. Temperatures tomorrow getting into the upper 70′s for most of the state with low 80′s likely out west. Winds also pick up tomorrow with breezy conditions lasting through Tuesday.
