CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner ruled the death of a 28-year-old man as a suspected homicide Monday morning. According to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner, 28-year-old Jovante C. Banks of Lyndhurst was transported on Sunday from East 107th Street and Saint Clair Avenue to University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center.
