(WNY News Now) – A 14-year-old juvenile was apprehended in the Town of New Albion following a warrant execution by the Sheriff’s Office. On the afternoon of September 25, 2024, at approximately 2:23 PM, deputies from the Sheriff’s Office executed a warrant arrest in the Town of New Albion, leading to the detention of a 14-year-old juvenile. The warrant had been issued by Erie County Family Court in relation to a Family Court Act (FCA) violation, specifically FCA-312.2.
