The best seats at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Many may not know this, but there’s actually a building of condos that overlook the speedway, The First Turn Condos building which was built in 1984, in addition to a second, 12-unit condo phase that was completed in 1991 called First Turn Tower. Because they’re prime real estate and there aren’t many of them (just 40 exist between the two buildings), you can imagine that they’re pretty hard to come by. And just in time for the race this weekend in Concord, two of them just went on the market… but they’re gonna cost you. One is listed for $535,000 and one is going for $575,000. Each unit is about 1,100 square feet, and includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
