Monday through Tuesday night an upper-level ridge of high pressure will progress with a light Southwest flow bringing warm temperatures. Tuesday that Southwest wind becomes stronger, bringing Cascade Mountain showers. The Eastern Columbia River Gorge could see breezy conditions in the afternoon.
