EXCELSIOR SPRINGS JUNCTION, Mo. (KCTV) – Three adults and one teenager were taken to area hospitals on Sunday after the teen didn’t stop and hit another car. The crash happened around 5:15 p.m. on Oct. 6 in Excelsior Springs Junction, a town east of Missouri City and north of the Missouri River.
