WASHINGTON – A year after St. Louis, Missouri sank to the bottom of a very dubious list, researchers have found that safety in America has shifted once again. The new poll of the nation’s safest metropolitan areas has not only named a new city as “America’s safest” but has also dropped another famous town to the bottom of the barrel.
