Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) arrested Adom Bogale Abay, 16, of Silver Spring in connection with a double homicide in May. D’Andre Wint, 20, of Lanham and Quincy Johnson, 20, of Takoma Park were found suffering from gunshot wounds at Nolte Local Park in Silver Spring on May 26, according to a press release. Wint and Johnson were pronounced dead at the scene.
