A man died Saturday night after being struck by a vehicle in Vancouver, police said. Vancouver police officers responded around 9 p.m. to the area of Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard and 54th Street after a report that a vehicle had hit a pedestrian. Police said the driver was traveling westbound on Fourth Plain Boulevard approaching the intersection when he saw a man walking in his lane.
