CHARLOTTE ( QUEEN CITY NEWS ) — A homicide investigation is underway in southwest Charlotte after a man was killed by a gunshot, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
Around 11 a.m. on Monday, officers responded to the 400 block of Peachtree Drive South about a call to assist Medic. When they arrived, they found a man with an apparent gunshot wound who was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.
