JD Vance to host town hall at Koury Convention Center in Greensboro on Thursday

GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Vice presidential hopeful JD Vance will be making a stop in Greensboro this week.

According to an email from the Trump-Vance campaign on Monday, Senator Vance will be holding a town hall in Greensboro on Thursday at 6 p.m.

Vice President Kamala Harris visited North Carolina in the wake of Hurricane Helene’s historic devastation over the weekend, and President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump have both visited the state since western North Carolina was flooded by the storm.

“Kamala Harris has completely failed the people of North Carolina. Not only has she released historic inflation and a flood of convicted illegal immigrants onto them, but she completely left North Carolinians behind in the wake of devastation post-Hurricane Helene. Harris’ failures have placed a huge burden on taxpayers, and it shows how little she cares about the well-being of Tar Heel State families,” the release states.

The townhall will be held on Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Koury Convention Center. Doors open at 4 p.m.
